20 years plus International experience in HR with expertise in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, DEI and HR Business Partnering across industries; IT Consulting, Ecommerce, Business Process Outsourcing and manufacturing.
In my previous role in OLX I was globally Heading the Talent Acquisition strategy and team (including Employer Branding and Onboarding ) for OLX , a Prosus Naspers company cross the world in Europe, Turkey, India, Indonesia, North America & Latin America. I led an overall company headcount growth of 63%, a key contributor to the 93% increase in revenue during this period close to 3B $.
Prior to joining OLX, held HR and TA Senior Leadership positions at Zalando GmBH, Accenture and MphasiS (Formerly HP Company ). Especially proud of spearheading the technology team hyper scale up of Europe's largest online fashion marketplace, Zalando.
As a renowned thought leader, have been a Keynote speaker, panelist and speaker at conferences such as Linked Talent Connect, New York, Unleash World Paris, HR Core Lab Barcelona, SOSU Amsterdam, HR Vision Amsterdam, Tec Rec, Berlin, Data & Analytics Summit Stockholm and many others. I have been published in leading magazines like Business of Fashion, New York, HR Tech Outlook, and co-authored a book called The Builders Guide to the Tech Galaxy.
Currently also provide TA Talent architecture advisory to other companies in the Prosus group, across the globe.
Worked and lived in India, Sweden, Czech Republic and now call Berlin home for the past 9 years. My passions are travelling and exploring new cuisines.
I lead the global GTM Talent Acquisition team for Dataminr, a pre-IPO cybersecurity and corporate security SaaS company. We’re scaling an impressive charge as we grow in key regions. My role involves managing a talented group of recruiters delivering on high-growth hiring goals. We as a team also tackle strategic meaningful projects including Interview Training, effective DEI initiatives, and ongoing process improvements.
I am proud to have spoken at various industry events, sharing my insights on topics such as Women in Tech, Women in Sales, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
