After relocating over 300 people as an HR Manager, Lisa knew firsthand the challenges HR teams faced when hiring, supporting, and retaining talent internationally. To address these frustrations, in 2018 she co-founded Localyze alongside CEO Hanna Asmussen and CTO Dr. Franziska Löw. Backed by the accelerator Y-Combinator, the trio have been able to grow the startup to help people from more than 100 countries pursue professional opportunities abroad, and in late 2022 secured a $35 million Series B funding round for wider expansion.

Tom is CEO and co-founder of cofenster. cofenster is a software that enables companies to quickly and easily create CD-compliant videos in-house. Clients such as Beiersdorf, Microsoft, Stada and Frosta rely on cofenster to take their corporate communication to the next level. In his spare time, Tom is a keen sailor and scuba diver.

Don has over 35 years of international business experience, having lived and worked in multiple countries for large enterprises such as General Electric and AT&T. He has variously been the Chief Financial Officer, Director of Operations, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Head of Acquisition Integration for a number of divisions of those companies. He has also advised and mentored numerous Startups and SME’s as a Management and Implementation Consultant.

In his current role with SumUp, Don leads the Global Benefits, Mobility and Immigration functions.

As award-winning TA Leader of the Year in 2023 in EMEA for small markets, named as Talent 100 Finalists of TA Leaders globally, and recently nominated to be one of LinkedIn's Top Voice Influencers, Matthias is a real industry expert in Talent Acquisition. With over 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in different businesses from corporate companies like Zalando, and Scout24 to smaller scale-ups like Beamery and Visual Meta, his focus areas are maturing hiring cultures, managing the transition to skill-based hiring, building a strong employer brand, data-driven TA and moving from reactive recruitment to proactive and strategic Talent Advisory. Matthias is also the Co-Founder of TA Crunch Berlin community that builds connections and fosters inclusion among TA professionals in Berlin.
