At Flexspring Inc, he works in Presales, Product Management, and assists in building Partnerships with other Saas products worldwide. He also works with customers to inform of best practices and solutions to customers' integration problems from various HR, Payroll, ERP, and Time systems. As part of the product team, he explores new technologies such as machine learning and AI, and how this new technology will help customers today and into the future.

In the past, he has worked in organizations such as Micros, Taleo and Oracle helping customers to design, develop, and implement solutions within their organization.
