Steffen Fischer is CHRO for the international automation company ifm electronic gmbh and Executive Board Member of the ifm group. Before this, he was HR manager for the engine manufacturer MTU Maintenance Berlin-Brandenburg GmbH. Steffen Fischer deals with holistic approaches of HR management in all their facets and is co-author of the BPM brochures "Die Personalstrategie kompakt" and "Der Personalstratege konkret" as well as in 2019 "Zwischen Euphorie und Skepsis - KI in der Personalarbeit". In 2014 he was appointed manager of the strategic HR management group of Bundesverband der Personalmanager e.V. and in 2015 Business Ambassador Singapore for German small and medium sized enterprises.
