Kai Reinhardt has a chair in Business Administration, Digital Organization and HR at the HTW Berlin. There, he leads the master's program "Employment and Human Resource Management". He is part of a new generation of scientists who believe that the dissolution of traditional forms of enterprise, as we know it today, will be inevitable due to increasing digitization - and new organizational strategies will be needed. His latest research focuses on developing management systems that help companies strategically integrate AI-driven technologies, Cobots , and other emerging technologies into their value-chain. Over the past 15 years, Kai has helped many international and high-tech companies understand the impact of digital on their strategy and operations and and has developed robust coping strategies, including eBay, Vodafone, Swisscom, and Jenoptik. As a visionary and thought leader he inspires and coaches renowned companies and executives in the areas of digital transformation, digital leadership, business model generation and eHR in his keynotes.
