Hi, I am Philipp, a labor economist specializing in the transition between education and the labor market. With case (candidate select GmbH), we leverage large datasets and scientific methodologies to create comparability in educational qualifications. In addition, as a Research Fellow at Maastricht University and the initiator of the "Fachkraft 2030" study series, I conduct research focused on education economics, psychological diagnostics, and labor market dynamics.

Our company, case, started as a research project in 2015 and transformed into an HR tech company over the past decade. We provide scientifically grounded diagnostics of educational backgrounds.
