Mona Szyperski is an expert in marketing, communications & networking. After completing her master's degree at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn, Germany, including an academic year at the University of Turku, Finland, she has been working for companies in the tech, IT, staffing and consulting sectors for more than fifteen years.
Among other things, she shares her knowledge as a mentor and is involved in various volunteer initiatives promoting diversity & inclusion as well as equal participation of women in the tech industry. Mona has been an active member of the Germany-wide industry network Digital Media Women e.V. since 2012. In 2017, she co-founded the Rhine-Main community of global #WomenTechmakers, a Google initiative. She is also a co-organizer of the TEDxWomen events in Frankfurt am Main. As a moderator and speaker, she has been on the stages of the biggest digital conferences for many years.
