Martin is a Human Capital Business Partner with numerous years of management experience in global companies with presence in LATAM & EMEA. Today he is in his second tour of duty with NEORIS. As he left the company in 2012 to work for the Cisneros Group of Companies (Media & Entertainment). Prior to NEORIS, Martin worked at DuPont and Telefonica. He has lived throughout the Americas in his 25 + years of experience in Human Resources (Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Puerto Rico & the U.S.).
As a CHRO, Martin is focusing in leveraging NEORIS own transformation as a result of helping customers digitally transform themselves.
Martin holds a BA in Political Sciences at George Washington University (USA) & Universidad del Salvador (ARG), MBA from Universidad de Buenos Aires (ARG). In his spare time he mentors entrepreneurs for Endeavor in MTY and MIA.
