I have 15+ years of HR, TA, and OD experience in the e-commerce and advertising space (in China and Germany). In recent decade I focused on Talent Acquisition topics (especially top-of-funnel TA roles) while building the talent intelligence capability with talent insights and research practices at its core.
I bring over 8 years experience in managing HR and TA teams (directly as as a skip level lead). I have completed several impactful projects in the area of candidate experience, candidate journey, talent pools (growth, talent nurturing/talent cultivation, conversion) and long term talent attraction, agile leadership frameworks, etc. I also have driven digital transformation project in TA with multiple software roll-outs and adoption in my teams (Qualtrics, Greenhouse, Beamery, GoodTime) while co-owning the agenda of TA skill development, deepening the subject-matter expertise and building up advisory capabilities (Social Talent).
