Leonie started working for Siemens in the corporate unit Global Share Programs. At that time, she worked on digitizing administrative processes and creating more transparency for HR topics. In addition, she was responsible for managing various HR contacts in several countries with regards to share-specific issues.
In the beginning of 2019, Leonie joined the Global Business Service department Equity and Compensation Services. The department provides Equity and Executive HR services such as administration, tools and data management to internal and external customers. In this role, she is heading a team with which she is responsible for the product stream customer-facing applications (e.g. omnichannel portal for employees, recognition tool), the customer relationship management and the business development of the department.
Leonie studied in Mannheim, Glasgow and St. Petersburg and holds a master’s degree in business education with focus on business and mathematics.
