My role involves managing a talented group of recruiters delivering on high-growth hiring goals. We as a team also tackle strategic meaningful projects including Interview Training, effective DEI initiatives, and ongoing process improvements.

My experience includes a mix of leadership roles in in-house Talent Acquisition, both at pre-IPO companies and larger organizations, covering a wide range of tech sectors, including SaaS, cybersecurity, and AI. I am deeply passionate about enhancing the experience for both candidates and stakeholders while championing top-notch hiring practices.
