Before joining Lovehoney, I led the Talent Acquisition Tech function at AUTO1 Group, where I managed high-volume technical recruitment and introduced agile methodologies to streamline processes. I hold a Master of Science in Occupational and Business Psychology from Kingston University and am fluent in four languages (native Spanish, with professional proficiency in Italian and English). My expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and recruitment analytics enables me to contribute meaningfully to Lovehoney’s culture and long-term success.
