Iulia has been leading Talent Acquisition teams in EU and Asia in mid to large size organizations with a focus on Technology and is currently heading the TA team at Wayfair, based in Berlin. She possesses 10+ years of experience in HR and predominantly Technology Recruitment across different markets within W/E Europe and more recently US and India. Before joining Wayfair, she was leading the Tech TA teams responsible for scaling Zalando’s Marketplace and Payments as a new emerging business. Iulia is passionate about enabling others to grow and maximize their potential. In her spare time, she practices yoga, sports and loves traveling.

My motivation is primarily about making an impact on people’s lives and in that sense enabling my team to maximize their potential which translates into the value they are able to bring to their candidates and the business, but could have a more personal dimension too. I am competitive and I aim to have the best recruitment team ever (of course it is debatable what are the parameters for success) -- through the way we solve problems, get better every day, making Wayfair the number one choice for our candidates and customers equally.
