My career trajectory has been in HR, with strong focus on Talent Acquisition and most recently, Talent Intelligence, intertwined with M&A, Corporate Strategy, and Competitive Intelligence topics throughout.
I have completed several impactful projects in the area of candidate experience, candidate journey, talent pools (growth, talent nurturing/talent cultivation, conversion) and long term talent attraction, agile leadership frameworks, etc. I also have driven digital transformation project in TA with multiple software roll-outs and adoption in my teams (Qualtrics, Greenhouse, Beamery, GoodTime) while co-owning the agenda of TA skill development, deepening the subject-matter expertise and building up advisory capabilities (Social Talent).
