As Group Chief HR Officer, I handle compensation, hiring, performance management, organization development, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training.

Before joining FIMBank, I was engaged in 2002 by KPMG in Malta to work in its Assurance department, where I audited financial services clients. In 2006, I was also engaged by KPMG Ireland where I audited a variety of clients and industries.

I hold a Warrant as a Certified Public Accountant and a Practicing Certificate in Auditing, both issued by the Accountancy Board in Malta. I am also a Member of the Malta Institute of Accountants.

In 2010 I graduated MSC in Human Resource Development and Performance Management from Leicester University, UK.
