Specialised in providing assessment and development solutions at all employee levels, both psychometric and competency based. Her career history includes consulting engagements across a variety of sectors as well as permanent employment in banking.
Core areas of competence lie in people assessment, feedback and development interventions as well as assessment and selection strategy formulation and assessment centre design and validation. She has also conducted large scale skills-audits and change management projects along with organisational diagnosis, design and development.
