Dr. Anna-Maria Karl studied law in Munich, Geneva, Hamburg, London and Madrid. She subsequently earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor. Dr. Karl joined Daimler's legal department in 1995. First as a consultant for Western Europe and South America, then as Head of Legal Affairs at smart. Today, she heads the Global Talent Sourcing department and is responsible for securing the next generation of talent worldwide, ensuring that the company brings the best talent on board.
