Amelie Schlicht is the Director of Leadership & Talent Management at the Stepstone Group. She built the Talent Management Center of Excellence, which supports over 4,000 employees across 20+ countries.
Previously, as a Senior Consultant at Kienbaum, Amelie led major HR transformation projects, optimizing organizational design and people processes for leading firms across sectors.
In her current role at Stepstone she entails three main areas:
(1) Providing guidance to the business on talent management, performance management, succession planning, career mobility and the development of a robust talent infrastructure;
(2) Shaping Stepstone’s culture by owning Stepstone’s Engagement Survey and Values;
(3) Overseeing the full management of the company's learning and development systems, as well as the creation of a dynamic talent development landscape, known as StepAcademy.
Amelies focus is on empowering employees and leaders through the design, delivery, and facilitation of specialized development initiatives, including high-potential programs and various workshops. Her goal is to facilitate continuous development and support individual and team growth through targeted learning strategies and methodologies.
Driven by a vision to further propel Stepstone's success, Amelie is ensuring that it remains at the forefront of the industry by continually evolving to meet new challenges and opportunities.
